Introduction
When a new user is invited to CAREFUL, they receive an SMS message and/or email with a verification link. This link expires after 15 minutes. If the invitation wasn't received or has expired, you can resend it to generate a fresh verification link.
Before You Start
- You must be an Organisation Administrator to resend invitations
- The user must be marked as
***unverifiedin the Members list - The user must have already been invited to your organisation
Steps

From the sidebar, click My Organization

Click the Members tab to view all users in your organisation

Locate the user who needs a new invitation. Unverified users are marked with a
***unverifiedbadge next to their name -
Click the action menu (⋮) on the right side of the user's row

From the dropdown menu, select Resend invitation

The invitation is sent immediately without confirmation. The user will receive a new SMS and/or email with a fresh verification link valid for 15 minutes

The Members list refreshes automatically. The user will remain marked as
***unverifieduntil they click the verification link and complete the registration process
Tips
- No confirmation required: The resend action executes immediately when you click it, without showing a confirmation dialogue
- No success notification: You won't see a success message after resending. The action completes silently in the background
- 15-minute expiry: Each verification link expires after 15 minutes. The user should be instructed to check their messages promptly
- Original link becomes invalid: Once you resend the invitation, the previous verification link will no longer work
- Verification methods: The user receives the invitation via both SMS (if mobile number provided) and email (if email address provided)
- If still not verified: If the user continues to have issues receiving the invitation, check that their mobile number and email address are correct by clicking Edit from the same action menu
